It's completely free to receive quotes from registered businesses. If you have a service job you need done, click on Get Quotes tab. Tell us what service you are after and get ready for businesses to start quoting for your jobs.

How do I exchange phone numbers?
Your telephone number and email will only be provided to a business who has expressed interest in your job.
Businesses may give you a call, send you a text or email you a message and will provide additional information about themselves and a quoted price for your job.
Your information is kept secure and is not shared with 3rd parties.

Which business do I choose?
The choice is yours. Simply compare a range of quotes from businesses registered at www.servicingaustralia.com.au.

What is our resolution process?
We listen to our customers. Should you have a complaint about a business, at www.servicingaustralia.com.au we have a 2 strike and you are out policy.
Should a business receive two negative feedbacks or complaints, their agreement will be terminated with www.servicingaustralia.com.au.
Our registered businesses all have ABNs. The best way to find out about a business is to read their reviews and view their feedback left by other customers.

How many quotes will be emailed to customers?
We don’t restrict the number of quotes our customers receive from registered businesses at www.servicingaustralia.com.au.

Simply click on a trash bin against the job in my jobs tab. You will stop receiving future quotes.

How much does the Membership Cost for businesses?
Monthly and annual memberships fees are the most competitive on the market:
All memberships are for 12 months from the date of payment.

Base membership: entitles you to receive unlimited
leads from clients in 1 industry of your choice and all sub classes in that industry within 300km radios of your business location.
Monthly membership price: $45 (GST Inc)
Annual Membership price: $499 (GST Inc) -
Unlimited Industries: If you wish to receive quotes from more than one industry, additional cost is:
Monthly membership price: $18 (GST Inc)
Annual Membership price: $199 (GST Inc) -
State coverage: If you wish to receive leads from clients located in your state, additional cost is:
Monthly membership price: $9 (GST Inc)
Annual Membership price: $99 (GST Inc) -
Australia Wide Coverage: If you wish to receive leads from clients Australia wide, additional cost is:
Monthly membership price: $13 (GST Inc)
Annual Membership price: $149 (GST Inc)

I’ve registered as a business. Will I be receiving customer's contact details?
To contact a customer, log into your account and Click on Leads followed by QUOTE. Complete a short message to a customer and most importantly specify your price.
Once you have contacted a customer you can review your response by clicking on a QUOTE icon. If you've already contacted a customer and want to follow up, you'll find their details in the Quotes tab.

I’ve registered as a business, however I’m unable to quote for received leads?
Per the T&C of your membership with www.servicingaustralia.com.au, you are only able to commence quoting for leads if you have completed the following 2 simple steps:
- Selected and paid for your membership;
- Provided 2 documents of ABN and ID to verify your identity.

Simply remove a tick in settings of your account (see below)
